You can choose to slow cook, smoke, sous vide, grill, or roast our briskets.  Whichever way you choose to cook one, you are sure to get melt in your mouth goodness.  We offer 3 different size choices for you to pick from.....small 1-2 pounds, medium 2-3 pounds, and large 3-4 pounds.
